Description
Summary:Progress Code: completed Maintenance and Update Frequency: asNeeded Statement: Data source is original field data. Data processing and quality control performed by O&A Hydrochemistry Group. Nutrients analysed using AA3 and processed using Hypro 3.20. Salinities analysed using Guildline autosal and Osil datalogger. Oxygen analysed using Scripps UV titrator and software. Note for deployment 5 and 7 in the CSV file there are values marked with the quality flag 79 (suspect - None - User defined, user must fully describe) but in the netCDF these are flagged 69 (Suspect - None - Error flagged by processor). Nutrient data in the CSV file is provided to 3 decimal places instead of 2 due to new instrumentation and improved detection limit. Please refer to processing report. On 2016/06/01 the link to the data link to the NetCDF file was removed temporarily from this metadata record due to a review of the data processing that yields those NetCDF files. The link will be restored when the review is passed. On 2019/05/27 the downloadable files were replaced. Changes are: The flags 69 and 79 were changed in the nc files to 0. The flag 79 within csv file was changed to 0. Credit CSIRO Marine National Facility (MNF) and IMOS Southern Ocean Time Series (SOTS) project. Credit This data was collected by participants on the Marine National Facility (MNF) RV Investigator voyage IN2015_V01. The data was processed by Mark Rayner (CSIRO O&A) and Christine Rees (CSIRO O&A). This record describes Hydrology (HYD) data from the Marine National Facility (MNF) RV Investigator voyage IN2015_V01 titled "IMOS Southern Ocean Time Series Automated Moorings for Climate and Carbon Cycle Studies Southwest of Tasmania". This was the first research voyage for the RV Investigator. The voyage took place between 21st and 30th of March, 2015 departing from Hobart and sailing to the south-west of Tasmania 47 S and 142 E and returning to Hobart. Hydrology samples were collected from niskin bottles sampled at various depths during a ...
