Description
Summary:Palaeoclimate records draw on climate information which is extracted and analysed from the natural environment. The SEARCH (South East Australia Recent Climate History) project draws on palaeoclimatic data from between 0 AD and 2011, from -Tree Rings -Coral -Ice Cores -Speleothems This dataset contains data about Ice Cores, which are collected from the polar ice caps of Antarctica. The data includes samples of buildup of annual layers of snow, chemical composition of the ice and of the gas trapped in bubbles. The data relates to climate from 1200-2011.
