Description
Summary:There are three files provided: (1) IA_AA_collision_650Ma_21Mar2019.gpml - a reconstructed geometries file (required to run the model in GPlates) (2) IA_AA_collision_650Ma_21Mar2019.rot - a rotation file (required to run the model in GPlates) (3) IA_AA_collision_650Ma_21Mar2019.mov - a movie of the model in 5 million year steps from 700 to 520 million years ago Taken from the initial Data Management Plan submission: "We will integrate all data derived from this program into a revised tectonic model for the amalgamation, configuration and breakup of East Gondwana using the open source software Gplates (http://www.gplates.org). The data product will include the Gplates reconstruction movie/images and all accompanying Gplates files (e.g. rotation file, raster data etc)."
