Description
Summary:This script comprises the full data analysis for "Resistant corals increase calcium to cope with ocean acidification". The code uses Raman spectra, boron isotopes, and element/Ca ratios to calculate calcifying fluid saturation states and calcium concentrations for coral skeletons cultured under different pH treatments. In addition, the code analyses several abiogenic aragonites precipitated under various calcium concentrations as a validation of the technique. The analysis works from the raw Raman spectra and geochemical data, all of which are provided in the "data" section. The outputs are statistical test summaries and all of the figures used in the manuscript.
