Effects of diel CO2 cycles on the juvenile survival, growth and otolith development of two coral reef fish under ocean acidification

This data set contains survival, growth, otolith data and water chemistry data from experiments which investigated how diel CO2 cycles affect the early development of coral reef fish under ocean acidification. The experiments were performed at the aquarium research facility at James Cook University....

Description
Summary:This data set contains survival, growth, otolith data and water chemistry data from experiments which investigated how diel CO2 cycles affect the early development of coral reef fish under ocean acidification. The experiments were performed at the aquarium research facility at James Cook University. Data collection took place between February-August 2016. The full methodology is available in the publication shown in the Related Publications link below. This dataset is available as 9 spreadsheets saved in comma-separated values (.csv) format and (1 spreadsheet) in MS Excel (.xlsx) and in Open Document (.ods) formats. This data set contains data collected by Michael Jarrold of James Cook University in 2016 dealing with the effects of ocean acidification and diel CO2 cycles on the early development of coral reef fish.
