Overprinted by hand with hachures are areas identified as “Former territory of Tunaxa,” “Former territory of Semteuse, “Piece of territory formerly claimed by Pend d’Oreille,” and “possibly also formerly a part of the Semteuse territory.” Base map: “The Rand-McNally Vest Pocket Map of Montana Showing All Counties, Cities, Towns, Railways, Lakes, Rivers, etc.” (c) 1906.
