Treća stvar koju sam razradio u ovoj temi je konsolidacija i stvaranje okruženja za nove programere. Ako digitalna agencija želi da održavanje i optimizacija web stranica budu jednostavni i bezbolni, potrebno je imati standarde u samom pisanju koda. Ovaj radni okvir napravljen je tako da cijeli tim usvoji neke standarde, kako bi programeri lako skakali sa jednog projekta na drugi – iako taj drugi projekt nisu započeli sami. In this final paper I have researched and developed my own framework for developing custom WordPress themes. Simply because WordPress is the most famous content management system (CMS) in the world, there are lots of ideas on how to make custom websites for that platform. This paper is a result of my own idea on how a framework that is fast, has quality, and is scalable - should look like. Today's startups are looking for programmers that are versatile. Unfortunately, such are few. If a developer is good on the front-end, it doesn't mean that he will automatically be good in the back-end. My framework solves this problem: the tools that I have combined – together with WordPress – enable the front-end developers to build complex web sites and applications without the need for deep knowledge of databases or back-end languages (such as PHP). The other thing I managed to do with this framework is that I've included performance optimization inside as a part of the entire process. Website loading speed is one of the most important technical signals for Google that indicates the quality of the site, which gives the advantage to the site in the search engine results. The third thing that I developed in this topic is the consolidation and the creation of the environment for new developers. If a digital agency wants to have a painless maintenance and optimization process, it needs to have coding standards set-up. This framework is made with the team in mind: each team member has to agree to some standards, in order for each of them to be able to jump from one project to the other – even if the other project was not started by that person.
