Description
Summary:This dataset contains raw data associated with the paper: "The biogeochemical variability of Arctic thermokarst ponds is reflected by stochastic and niche-driven microbial community assembly processes" It is composed of : - The original (not normalized) OTU (Operational Taxonomic Unit) tables of the bacteria and the microeukaryotes. The sequences of each OTU are stored in the files cluster_representative_sequences_BAC for bacteria and EUK for eukaryotes. - The environmental data of the ponds during the sampling and geographical information - The vegetation composition surrounding the ponds
