In situ proglacial river ice thickness, ground penetrating radar (GPR) data, and bright reflector mappings from southwest Greenland, February 2015

This data set contains in situ surveys of proglacial river ice collected in southwest Greenland during February 2015. Including: (1) point locations of river ice thickness measured in mechanically drilled boreholes. (2) Ground penetrating radar (GPR) data for surveys across frozen proglacial rivers,...

Description
Summary:This data set contains in situ surveys of proglacial river ice collected in southwest Greenland during February 2015. Including: (1) point locations of river ice thickness measured in mechanically drilled boreholes. (2) Ground penetrating radar (GPR) data for surveys across frozen proglacial rivers, both raw GPR data and processed echograms are provided. (3) Approximate point locations of bright reflectors mapped beneath the Isortoq River ice. This data accompanies the manuscript: Pitcher et. al. (submitted).
