Description
Summary:This data set was acquired with a ship-based Meteorological Sensor, Fluorometer, Echosounder Sonar, Navigation system, and Thermosalinograph during Laurence M. Gould expedition LMG1004 conducted in 2010 (Chief Scientist: Dr. William Detrich). These data files are of JGOFS format and include Conductivity, Temperature, Fluorescence, Infrared Radiation, Meteorological, Navigation, Visible Radiation, Salinity, and Bathymetry data. This data set was created from calibrated data decimated at 1-minute intervals. Several fields are derived measurements from more than a single raw input. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Protein folding and function at cold temperature: Co-evolution of the chaperonin CCT and tubulins from antarctic fishes, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): ANT06-35470.
