Description
Summary:These are atmospheric measurements of reactive gases recorded at Utqiagvik, Alaska via the Multiple Axis Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (MAX-DOAS) technique. The gases measured are bromine monoxide, BrO, nitrogen dioxide, NO2, ozone, O3, and oxygen collisional dimers, O4. We additionally report the UV light intensity at multiple wavelengths. The data are used to retrieve vertical profiles of these gases and from the oxygen data infer aerosol optical properties. The same type of instrument was carried on the NSF-Arctic Observing Network (AON) O-Buoy project, so these data can be compared to similar data from the O-Buoys.
