Description
Summary:This .xlsx file contains the chemistry data and measurements of beryllium isotopic ratios from boulders collected from the Barrens Region of Canada. Such ratios were determined to document the length of time these boulders were exposed to cosmic ray bombardment since local ice-margin recession. The file contains sample name, beryllium carrier mass, beryllium carrier concentration, quartz mass, measured Be-10/Be-9 ratio, and measured Be-10/Be-9 ratio 1-sigma uncertainty. This information is provided on separate tabs for both the boulder samples and QA/QC chemistry procedural blanks, respectively. This file provides all the necessary inputs needed to calculate the concentration of beryllium-10 that has accumulated in these boulder surfaces from production by cosmic radiation bombardment.
