Subsurface uptake of inorganic nitrogen and phosphorus
Rates of ammonium, nitrate, and phosphate uptake were measured in saturated soils of water tracks using a "push-pull" method. Injection experiments were performed in summer 2012 and 2013 within the Kuparuk Basin, North Slope, Alaska.
