In-situ cardiac function in juvenile red-drum (Sciaenops ocellatus) following 24 hour exposure to 10% HEWAF

Cardiac intraventricular indices including stroke volume, heart rate, cardiac output, pressures, pressure volume relationships, stroke work, total polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), systolic and diastolic cycle durations and contractility were collected for juvenile red drum (Sciaenops ocellat...

Description
Summary:Cardiac intraventricular indices including stroke volume, heart rate, cardiac output, pressures, pressure volume relationships, stroke work, total polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), systolic and diastolic cycle durations and contractility were collected for juvenile red drum (Sciaenops ocellatus) after 24 hour crude oil exposure to 10% HEWAF (high energy water accomodated fraction). Indices were collected using Scisence ADVantage Admittance PV system connected to Powerlab data acquisition hardware. This was connected to a Macintosh running Labchart v8.1.4 data acquisition software. All Labchart files were converted to .txt files. A readme file is also included. Water samples were sent to ALS for PAH concentration analysis.
