| Summary: | Pygmy sperm whale preadipocytes were pre-treated with various concentrations of oil/dispersant mixture, and then induced for adipogenic differentiation to assess the obesogenicity of crude oil. Lipid accumulation was quantified using AdipoRed staining and absorbance measurements using the Typhoon scanner.
