Summary: | This study was conducted to understand the potential fitness effects of hatchery strays on the reproductive success of a natural stock of pink salmon (Oncorhynchus gorbuscha) in Hogan Bay, Alaska. These .csv files contain genotypes for 298 single nucleotide polymorphism amplicons and corresponding metadata (otolith-origin, sample date) for nearly 8,000 individuals. Genotypes were generated using Genotyping-in-Thousands by sequencing methods adapted from Campbell et al. 2015. Samples and field data were collected by Prince William Sound Science Center in the summers of 2013-2016 and genotyped in 2018 by the Gene Conservation Lab at the Alaska Department of Fish and Game.
