This process should be based on systematization of data on the essence of the projects in question, taking into consideration ecological, economic and social aspects of the notion “sustainability”. The paper defines such notions as “sustainability of results of ecological construction projects” and “ecological construction projects sustainability” and distinguishes between them. The article suggests methods of evaluation for sustainability of ecological construction projects, considering the need for prolongation of positive impact, when these projects are over.
