GROSS COMPOSITION OF MUSK-OX MILK

A sample of musk-ox milk was analyzed for its nutritional components. Fat content was found to be 11.0%, protein content 5.3%, and lactose content 3.6%. The vitamin B 12 content was 3.4 μgm. per liter.
