Description
Summary:A new shipborne magnetic survey data set provides an overview of magnetic trends and patterns over Hudson Bay. Northeasterly trends characterize the northern part of the bay, with indications of several major faults. Northerly trends predominate in the central and eastern parts of the bay. Several distinct magnetic signatures are associated with an interpreted suture between the Churchill and Superior structural provinces.
