Key to the Paraplatyptilia species of eastern Canada with description of a new species (Lepidoptera: Pterophoridae)

Abstract Paraplatyptilia atlantica sp. nov. is described as new from northwestern Newfoundland and the Gaspé Peninsula, Quebec, Canada. A key to the four species of Paraplatyptilia Bigot and Picard known to occur in eastern Canada (east of Manitoba) is provided.
