Its enabling legislation resulted in a resolution specifying that NERBC participate vigorously in the prosecution of a framework study for the region (The North Atlantic Study), and shall initiate promptly comprehensive studies of major subregions as elements of the comprehensive coordinated joint plan. The Southeastern New England (SENE) is the first such major subregion to be studied. |
