Comment on the complex-dielectric constant of sea ice at frequencies in the range 0.1–40 GHz
A modification is suggested to the model of Vant, Ramseier, and Makios [J. Appl. Phys. 49, 1264 (1978)] for the dielectric constant of sea ice.
