Richard C. Elliott
Richard C. "Dick" Elliott (1945-2008) was an American multimedia artist, based in Ellensburg, Washington. Elliott's site-specific works used layered and patterned retroreflectors on an epic scale. Elliott and his wife Jane Orleman are the creators of ''Dick and Jane's Spot'', an art installation at their residence in Ellensburg.
