Zeng Qingcun (born 4 May 1935) is a Chinese meteorologist and politician, and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He was a member of the 9th and 10th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and a delegate to the 6th National People's Congress.
