Summary: | New tree mensuration dataand biomass component data from destructive sampling of 679 trees, were collected at 58black spruce boreal wetlandsites within the Boreal Plains and Taiga Plains of Canada. These datahave been used to develop new allometric equations to predict biomass components from total tree volume. The equations are key to modelling treed peatlands in the CaMP and thus contribute to improving accuracy in modelled C stocks and flux estimates for Canada’s treed peatlands. v1.0.1_Voicu-Rea_BSIT_2znd_15feb23.xlsx includes the latest fixes to all discrepancies identified after the publication of v1.0.0_Voicu-Rea_BSIT_23jan23.xlsx |
