Summary: | Repository of supplement data files, code, and model fits to reproduce analyses and figures from "Burn severity and post-fire weather are key to predicting time-to-recover from Australian forest fires". in review at Earth's Future Sami W. Rifai, Martin G. De Kauwe, Rachael V. Gallagher, Lucas A. Cernusak, Patrick Meir, Andy J. Pitman Workflow overview: "eucalypt_fire_recovery.zip" and "data_general.zip" should be unzipped in the same directory to reproduce analyses and figures. Earth engine scripts located in "eucalypt_fire_recover/src/javascript_earth_engine/Oz_bushfire_recovery" need to be run first to extract remote sensing data. The paths in the Earth Engine scripts should reference folders in the path structure in "data_general". |
