The few and rarely encountered specimens of the microspheric generation of Dentalina antarctica Parr, 1950, Dentalina elegans d’Orbigny, 1846, Dentalina obliqua (Linnaeus,1758), and Nodosaria incerta Neugeboren, 1856 have rudiments of a planispiral arrangement of the very first initial chambers.
