Newly digitized shorelines, provided as a single shapefile,of the instantaneous water line are provided from the period of 2004 to 2021 for characterizing recent and historical beach changesalong the northern shore of the Point Hope spit. Still water level data collected from within Marryat Inlet from summer and fall 2021 are included for characterizing astronomical tides and other non-tidal residuals that contribute to these shoreline change patterns. This time series data is given as an excel file. Grain size information from two sites are provided for additional site context, also provided as an excel spreadsheet. These various inputs are incorporated into a numerical tool, based on the Palmsten and Holman (2012), dune erosion model. An example script is provided to set up, run, and visualize model scenarios. These analytical model scripts are coded in Matlab. These datasets and modeling outputs are presented in a paper "Assessing drivers of coastal tundra retreat along the Alaskan Chukchi Sea" submitted to the Journal of Geophysical Research: Earth Surface in June 2022.
