The first record in the province and the southernmost locality of the range.Siberio-Manchurian range, from Altai to Kamchatka, to the north to the upper Kolyma and to the south to the Maritime Province [Marusik et al., in press]. COMMENTS. The first correct record in Russia. All earlier reports ofthis species from Siberia and the Far East [cf. Eskov, 1994] appear to refer to B. gracilis (Blackwall, 1841) [Marusik et al., 1992b], In addition to the Maritime Province, this species was found also on Kunashir (northernmost locality) and Shikotan islands (personal data).
