Depth: 16–350 m (53–1,148 ft) (min.: Nakaya et al. 2009; max.: Jiménez Prado and Béarez 2004). The “ Lepophidium microlepis ” of Chirichigno and Vélez (1998), from Paita, Peru, refers to Lepodophidium inca Robins & Lea, 1978.
