Estonia, Finland, * Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden.—Westpalearctic: central and northern Europe, Iran (Smissen 2010 a, Rosa et al. 2013). Remarks. The species was described from Sweden by E. Valkeila in 1971. Since then it has been found in all the Nordic and Baltic countries except Denmark. It is uncommon in most countries, and only one specimen has been found from Finland (Paukkunen et al. 2009). C. corusca was misidentified as C. schencki in the study of Soon (2004).
