Still very slow for sizable systems. pr_nto keyword support for OverlapCalculator to dynamically select the number of NTO pairs in overlap calculations Bugfixes Hessian was unnecessarily recalculated in TS optimizations after COS runs Fixed Eckart projection to remove translation and rotation.
