During the assembly of Supplemental Figure 7 and Figure 8, six luciferase images of individual leaves were inadvertently duplicated. These images served to illustrate the strength of interactions between FT and TFL1 proteins and their mutant variants with GRF and TCP proteins, as measured qualitatively in split luciferase assays and in support of independent, quantitative yeast-two-hybrid experiments. This Dryad data set includes the original photographs of bimolecular luciferase complementation assays after Agrobacterium tumefaciens mediated transient transformation of N. benthamiana leaves. The associated key links the constructs tested for bimolecular luciferase complementation with the photographs.
