Lagrangian trajectories in the Atlantic Ocean (TRACMASS)

Lagrangian trajectories simulated in the Atlantic Ocean with the Lagrangian trajectory model TRACMASS v7.0, more about TRACMASS can be found here. Velocity, temperature and salinity fields are integrated in TRACMASS and comes from a historical CMIP5 run with EC-Earth v2.2 where the Ocean Model is NEMO. The resolution used is the ORCA1, which has a one degree resolution and 42 depth levels. The data goes from 1850 to 2005. Trajectories were started in the southern Atlantic Ocean (j=115) and terminated either when they reached the North Atlantic (j=236) or as they reached the South again (j=115). Trajectories were run for 1000 years. Trajectories are saved every time they cross a grid-wall. NEMO_ORCA1_Atlanten_out.csv - Includes all ending points of trajectories. NEMO_ORCA1_Atlanten_ini.csv - Includes all starting points of the trajectories. NEMO_ORCA1_Atlanten_run.csv - Includes the complete trajectories from start to termination.
