The article identifies and analyzes the factors that affect the rationality of enterprise management in the coordinate system of organizational development. The analysis was performed by organizing and conducting an expert survey and the application of cluster analysis. As a result of the study, the most significant factors were identified and the nature of the relationships between all analyzed factors was established. In addition, recommendations are formulated on the possibility of practical application of the results of the analysis, in particular during the formation and implementation of organizational management decisions
