Data set of trajectories that are runned with the Lagrangian trajectory code TRACMASS v7.0.0 using data from an EC-Earth run performed following the guidelines of CMIP5. The ocean part of the model is NEMO and the resolution is 1 deg (ORCA1) and monthly means.Trajectories are started in the Drake Passage through all depths and latitudes over the time-period 1986-2005 and simulated for 2000 years. This means that the data is looped, so that after december 2005 it starts over from january 1986 (for the forward simulation). The data are stored according to the output from TRACMASS. NEMO_SO_1986_2005_backward_ini.csv- Contains the initial position oftrajectories that are started in the Drake Passage and runned backward to either the Drake Passage again or to 2 degree Celcius. NEMO_SO_1986_2005_backward_out.csv - The end position of the trajectories that are started in the Drake Passage and runned backward until they reach the Drake Passage again or 2 degree Celcius. NEMO_SO_1986_2005_backward_run.csv - The whole trajectories that are started in the Drake Passage and runned backward until they reach the Drake Passage again or 2 degree Celcius. NEMO_SO_2000_1986_2005_ini.csv- Contains the initial position oftrajectories that are started in the Drake Passage and runned forward to either the Drake Passage again or to 25 degree Celcius. NEMO_SO_2000_1986_2005_out.csv - The end position of the trajectories that are started in the Drake Passage and runned forward until they reach the Drake Passage again or 25 degree Celcius. NEMO_SO_2000_1986_2005_run.csv - The whole trajectories that are started in the Drake Passage and runned forward until they reach the Drake Passage again or 25 degree Celcius.
