Image acquisition was performed at 561nm excitation and 615nm emission wavelengths using a Perkin Elmer Ultraview VOX imaging system with Nikon Eclipse Ti inverted microscope, 20x objective lens, x-y motorised stage, Hamamatsu ORCA-R2 C10600-10B CCD camera and Volocity 6.3 software package.
