Based on the literature research before the data mining process, education factor, labor force participation and economicuncertainty are selected as the common factors in this correlation analysis. The correlation analysisused data mining with Python and Python packages. International data over the time period from 1998 to 2016 are selected. The data is from OECD Family database, OECD Stat and the world bank. Because of availability of the data, 22 countries are chosen as the objects --Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Romania.
