| Summary: | Figure 5. – Marine fisheries catch in the sea area currently covered by the Exclusive Economic Zone of Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, as reconstructed by the Sea Around Us from 1950 to 2019 (see www.seaaroundus.org). Note that these catches, which include discards and other neglected component of official statistics, are higher than the 'Reported catch' (black line). Note also the dominant role of Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua). The scale at the bottom of this graph suggest that these data are moderately reliable.
