The satellite data needs to be downloaded beforehand and paths in the "Wrapper_Arctic_phyto.m" need to be adapted accordingly. Satellite products used were: - OC3 (Aqua-Modis) was provided by the NASA Ocean Biology Processing Group (2023). L3, Chlorophyll a, V1.0. NASA Algorithm Publication Tool. https://doi.org/10.5067/JCQB8QALDOYD. Accessed on 15/01/2024. - Remote sensing reflectance (Aqua-Modis) to generate the AO.Emp algorithm was provided by the NASA Ocean Biology Processing Group (2023). Accessed on 25/10/2023. - The GlobColour product (https://doi.org/10.48670/moi-00281) used was provided by the E.U. Copernicus Marine Service Information.
