Summary:Scripts for the article "Phytoplankton Chlorophyll trends in the Arctic (1998-2022) at the local, regional, and pan-Arctic scales". These MatLab files contain all the data processing and analysis for the article. They also reproducde all the figures. Everything can be done by running the file "Wrapper_Arctic_phyto.m". The satellite data needs to be downloaded beforehand and paths in the "Wrapper_Arctic_phyto.m" need to be adapted accordingly. Satellite products used were: - OC3 (Aqua-Modis) was provided by the NASA Ocean Biology Processing Group (2023). L3, Chlorophyll a, V1.0.
