Summary:Lyrella hennedyi (W. Smith) Stickle et D. G. Mann (Figure 39) Literature: (Hendey 1964: p. 212, pl. 33, fig. 14 as Navicula hennedyi W. Smith; Witkowski et al. 2000: p. 233, pl. 99, figs. 2, 3). Description: Length 38–41 µmm width 26–28 µm, striae 12–13 in 10 µm, areole 17 in 10 µm. Ecology and distribution: A widely distributed marine benthic species. Not recorded previously from Potter Cove. Rare in the present material.
