Summary:The script was used to process the benthic foraminifera data GeoB9512-5 of the tropical eastern Atlantic. This folder contains a code to reproduce the results of the cited research. Folder 9512Age_PaleoOx contains the code and data to reproduce paleo-oxygenation results, and uncertainties: Folder 9512Age_PaleoOx 9512AgeModel_PaleOx.R was written in two parts: First Part: lines 16 - 154 to model ages based on the radiocarbon data published here https://doi.org/10.1594/PANGAEA.962899 and to estimate the median ages of the dissolved oxygen concentration calculated from the Enhanced Benthic Foraminifera Oxygen Index; and the proxy uncertainties Second part: from lines 156 - 704, to visualize the results presented in the publication the 9512_EA.csv file was adapted for this code using Supplementary Information 1 and 2 This includes the global variables compiled and plotted in Figures 2 and 3.
