In the old days, porbeagle shark bones were in high estimation as curtain rings, for instance for bed closets. Physical object held at the National Museum of Iceland nr: 2005-36-0434. Found 11/7/2005, found & logged by IC https://sarpur.is/Adfang.aspx?AdfangID=1422758 Part of the Skriðuklaustur Monastery 1550 reconstruction.
