Aimed at the general public, and in particular young people (11-15 years), it invites the participants to discuss current climate change through the lens of past climates, with a particular focus on Arctic regions. To this end, three documents covering approaches associated with dendrochronology, micropalaeontology, historical climatology and local knowledge were created: (1) a theoretical workbook with practical activities, (2) a comic strip illustrating field, laboratory and community work, and (3) an activity book complementing the comic strip. The sections on local knowledge and northern communities were made possible thanks to our collaboration with the community of Aklavik (Northwest Territories), whose knowledge holders tell us about the changes they have observed in the Mackenzie Delta.
