大黄鱼免疫相关基因的筛选和两种石首鱼RPL10/QM-like基因特性研究

本研究以石首鱼科大黄鱼(Pseudosciaenacrocea)为研究对象,利用基因芯片和Real-time等技术筛选了大黄鱼免疫相关基因,研究了大黄鱼核糖体蛋白L10(RPL10/QM-like)基因及其表达产物,同时研究了大黄鱼亲缘种眼斑拟石首鱼(Sciaenopsocellatus)的RPL10/QM-like基因,研究结果充实了石首鱼类免疫学研究内容,也为鱼类的进化研究提供有价值的参考资料。主要结果如下: 1、 病原菌的鉴定 本研究从患病中华乌塘鳢中分离出两种病原菌,经过回归感染,再次分离,分别从菌落形态、生理生化水平和分子生物学水平,分析鉴定该两种菌。鉴定结果表明此两种菌株分别为....
