随着北极海冰消融，北极航道重起硝烟。围绕毗连北美洲北海岸的西北航道和毗连俄罗斯联邦北海岸的北方海航道，航道沿岸国和使用国从自身利益出发，各自界定北极航道的法律地位。 本文尝试对北极航道的法律地位进行研究，在国内外学者的研究基础上，提出不能将北极航道的法律地位单一化，不同航线应具有不同的法律地位。文中将西北航道分为航线S和航线N，并创新性地提出“国际海峡链”这一概念，成为本文最大的亮点。 文章包括四个部分：第一章是对北极航道的概述。首先梳理了构成北极航道的西北航道和北方海航道的详细路线，接着从资源、环境、航运和安全四个方面分析研究北极航道法律地位的意义。第二章从沿岸国和使用国的角度，分析在认.
