欧鳗“狂游症”病毒的细胞定位与超微病变

应用电镜标本制备和观察技术对 45尾“狂游症”欧鳗的主要脏器进行系统观察 ,在脑、心脏、肌肉和皮肤组织中 ,发现一种致病性病毒 ,多数病毒定位于细胞的内质网腔 ,一般为球状或椭圆球状 ,大小约为 5 0~ 80nm× 1 0 0~ 1 5 0nm ,具有囊膜 ,囊膜外附有纤突 ,可以造成脑细胞的肿胀、空泡变性和心肌细胞线粒体的结构破坏和空泡化等细胞病变 .人工感染欧鳗中找到同样病毒 ,表明该病毒是欧鳗“狂游症”的致病原 With techniques of sample preparation and observation of the transmission electron micro...

A pathogen virus had been found in the cells of brain, heart, muscle, and skin. Most of virions are located at cavity of endoplasmic reticulum with common shapes of sphericity or ellipse. Its size is about 50~80nm×100~150nm with an envelope to which peplomeres are adherent. The pathologic changes of the swelling and vesiculating in brain cells and structure destroying and vesiculating in heart cells were observed in suffering eels. The same virions had been found in the eels infected artificially.
