极地海域硝酸盐的氮、氧同位素组成

本研究优化了测定海水硝酸盐氮、氧同位素组成的化学转化法,并将其运用于中国第五次北极科学考察期间于白令海和楚科奇海,以及中国第29次南极科学考察期间于南大洋普里兹湾及其邻近海域采集的硝酸盐氮、氧同位素样品的测定,揭示出南极普里兹湾及其邻近海域、白令海、楚科奇海NO-3-δ15N、-δ18O的空间分布特征及其影响因素,同时利用NO-3-δ15N、-δ18O值与[NO-3]的关系计算出上层海洋浮游植物同化吸收硝酸盐导致的氮、氧同位素分馏系数,获得了以下主要认识: 经一系列的方法学摸索,确定了测定海水硝酸盐氮、氧同位素组成的化学转化法的主要流程为:25cm3天然海水样品用100mgMgO调节pH后,....
