Faraway Island (also known as World s Edge Island in Japan) is an area in the game [[Pokémon Emerald]]. One can access the island with the Old Sea Map obtainable only at a special Nintendo event. On the island one can find [[Mew]] who must be chased around the island before it can be battled. The Mew is at level 30. The island is filled with grass although only the Mew is obtainable. Old Sea Maps cannot be obtained from Nintendo anymore but players are able to get them by exchanging data with someone who already has it. BookCat
